The Morning Sounds Poem by Samkelo Dlamini

The Morning Sounds

Everyday i remember,
the sounds so softer,
softer than the sounds of a dj
I used to hear still on my pj's.

I could walk cross the river early morning,
I could hear the sounds so soothing,
the sounds so innocent,
You'd swear i'm just dreaming
But the sounds are living,
It's nature at its best.

If you feel disconnected you can connect,
reattach yourself to nature again
before anyone starts the engine spoiling the sounds,
before anyone starts singing ruining the sounds...
