Music industry's, The home of the clown
Where thousand soul struggles to wear the crown
The music industry's, a tricky beast
Where you struggles to get the best beat
For the system is not working here
Injustice and nepotism moves in pair
Wow! Lot of souls are in despair
For real affection from them is rare
Their thinking, how do we get there
To be at the peck is what we want here
These bring to them both joy and grief
A day we gonna be there, is what they belief
Even when their heir got missed among his peers
But for their justice, won't still be fair
Music industry's, a place where talent's not enough
You need to make a sacrifice, so tough
Most records of theirs looks so tricky
For joining, this is so risky
For it's a place you must give up something precious
There lifestyle shouldn't make you jealous
For to reach the pinnacle, you must be excessive
You now wonder less, why they're possessive
In this Industry's, the nature has not been fear
For making us experience the feelings of here
For many sell their souls and bow to fame
But end up paying, a heavy price for the game
There's more to success than just talent
There are sacrifice, like forty days of Lent
But be wary of the price you pay for a balance
There's no coming back when you've gone beyond trance
For all other ground are sinking sand
You need not sell your soul to make us a sound
But Why can't we protect, why can't we show we care
Than after one departure where we fall our fake drop of tears

I would like to translate this poem
Budding musician are so eager to hit it big that they commit their lives to secret culs
Yes, that is just the truth since they refused to wait for their own perfect time
