If only I could tell you
How much I loved you
I would shout it and scream it
To all that could hear

I love you, I love you
But we cannot be
My heart is so black
Please listen to me

You do not love me
And you never did
Stop saying you love me
You never believed

I used to love you
But you couldn’t see
Too caught up in fun
You forgot about me

So now I lay here
Writing all day
To ease the pain
You caused me that day.
