The Places We Fall In Love Poem by Lauren Beasley

The Places We Fall In Love

Park benches, parking lots
Back hallways, and basements
Summer nights, stroll through town,
Picnics, and hot pavement
Loud concerts, late night drives
Shopping malls, and shoe stores
Fast food runs, foreign feasts,
Couches, carpeted floors
Barnes and Noble, backyards,
Kitchens, and cozy cars
Lunchtime breaks, long slow songs,
Starbucks, and sky of stars
