The Poem Of An Angel Poem by Mark Hyer

The Poem Of An Angel

An Angel watches
An Angel Cries
His charges change
His charge dies
He cant help
He cant interfere
He lets out a yelp
That no one can hear
He is invisible to all
No one knows hes there
They cant hear him call
It shows that for him, no one cares
Leave this pain
Leave this game
You have all to gain
Why face them with shame?
They dont love you
They never have or will
You dont know what to do
Which part of you do you kill?
I killed the Angel
Hes not here anymore
He and I had our fill
You pushed us right out the door
To a part of your life
So he leaves without strife
