A poem a day keeps the storm clouds away,

an expression of feelings a reflection of events.

things you wish you could say, words that will fly away,

a poets words are more of a description.

these tangles of beautiful words are written for you.

like a bird testing their wings for flight we test our words for might.

meaning and reality is what I write about.

the laughs god has heard and tears he saw shed.

these are all expressed in an artwork of words.

like an artist with a paintbrush a poet and their rhythm of words are the

art of their world.
