The Seed’s Perpetuation

What’s the purpose of our being?
Why do we walk the earth?
Why have eyes where few are seeing?
The secrets of our birth

If man were truly meant to fall
If man were meant to die
Why were we even made at all?
By He who dwells on high

The living God Eternal Light
The Christ who came and died
Who rose to give His children sight
That Truth be multiplied

The Truth to set more servants free
To find The Living Door
When then in turn they too can see
They’ll sow Life’s seed once more

Through selflessness The Father’s Seed
Gave up His life for love
Destroying thus the devil’s weed
That blocked The Way above

Who now in Jesus Christ believe
Who bend God’s Son their knee
Eternal life will they receive
With Heaven’s righteous Key

The Key to God’s eternal Gate
The Key to arms held wide
To all who Christ appreciate
Who God invites inside

A nurtured seed beneath God’s feet
Will surely bear much fruit
We see life’s circle’s made complete
Through Christ of David’s Root
