The Street Walker Poem by Musa Ndhlovu

The Street Walker

See me flowing in the streets
Is for I lost my direction, I lost
My way. I can't seem to find my
Way. Some saw it before I did
That i had no bright future. Yes,
Some see me as a beggar in this
Streets: Some say I am homeless.
Even that's so, I have a dream. I may
Not be having something, yet I
Know I am destined to something.
