The Strong Bonds Of Friendship Poem by Francis Duggan

The Strong Bonds Of Friendship

They have had many fallouts but as friends they remain
The strong bonds of friendship can withstand great strain
The strong bonds of friendship great quarrels survive
And in times of hardship even seem to thrive
The strong bonds of friendship only in death end
Your true friend no matter what remains as your friend
A disagreement you've had may end up in blows
But true friends make up they don't remain as foes,
The weight of your cross may seem heavy to bear
But your friends will be with you your burden to share
You may be down on your luck and money you owe
And you are not one that others wish to know
But your friend will stand by you in your moment of need
And like tis said such a friend is a true friend indeed.
