The Sun Will Surely Rise Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

The Sun Will Surely Rise

K-ind clime has shown up
R-ain and chill are gone;
E-ither light or shine
I-s now coming from the dawn.
N-ew morn is breaking,
D-ay twenty-first February;
E-vening shadow disappears,
L-osing its ground as you see.

D-riven by earnest desire
I-n bringing to you some fun;
O-ne acrostic is penned,
N-ice piece has been done.
E-ase your weary mind,
D-ry the tears in your eyes;
A-fter the dusk and twilight, the sun will surely rise.
