each layer of
the stair
each lock, each
opening, each reachable
star, each level of
rising and falling,
mind it. Mind it.
Always mind it.
Do not look up.
Do not look down.
there is no vertigo
here, either of triumph
or defeat.
one step leads
to another. until
the end. and you
are there
even without your
knowing.
