The look, the touch, the warm embrace
The shining eyes, the loving face
How did we come.so far today
From when we met in Love's own way?

Did we know, then and there
That we had found our matching pair?
Did we dream the night before
Of the heart that waited at the door?
Were we lonely, right.to the time
My eyes met yours and yours met mine?

Today we step together, love
Our lives as one, our words will prove
This moment is for me and you
Our love is treasured, we are true.
