The Weedy Origins Of A Famous Oil Poem by vince gullaci

The Weedy Origins Of A Famous Oil

In the windy wilds
of my suburban train station
there are no cowboys
or hitching rail
but there's tumbleweeds aplenty
whose origin had me stumped
until I guessed
they were the dried
rapi weeds of yesteryear.
