There Are So Many Meaningful Words

Rating: 5.0

There are so many meaningful words in the world
Yet when I’m alone with you I can’t find the words to say
They say poetry is a universal way of expressing feelings
So I’ve wrote you this special poem for your birthday

Like a swift floating leaf in motion of a sweet gentle breeze
I inhale your every presence like receiving oxygen from trees
Your beauty looks so natural; your heart looks so pure and free
When embraced I can feel the warmth of your love inside my body

Your genuine words when spoken produce a soft soothing sound
Which sends the message of happiness like a heat wave across the ground
Your radiant smile signifies the start of a perfect summer’s day
Clouds form the shape of your face that can be seen from miles away

The sun and moon came in contact together when our hearts first met
In such a short time we’ve gained so many memories that we’ll never forget
We’ve experienced so many things; we even shared our first Valentines Day together
I hope the words in this poem stay in your mind forever
