That is so profound
Once experienced
It leaves us bound
In unfathomable depths
With an everlasting chain
Prisoners forever
In life's cruel domain

This love's beauty
Lies in its pain
If freed from the angst
There is no gain
So suffer, we must
Only to be found
Captives of love
Eternally bound.
