They Need Help

So long, Heaven abides waiting
For selfish lost souls blind
Though never anticipating
Some fools will change their mind

Though foolishness, now grows worldwide
With epidemic speed
Without Christ Jesus as our Guide
We'd always be in need

Everyone's a fool, foul living
Deceived, with eyes shut tight
To the unwise Christ is forgiving
As souls, blind without light

The Lord Christ comes, such things to change
Help unaware souls to see
Each broken life to rearrange
And set their spirit free

But so few admit they need Him
Few accept something's wrong
With consciousness shameful dim
Sin, is there primal song

Existing without aiding care
Ignorant of Jesus' name
Of the outcome, still unaware
Sinking deeper! in shame

These facts are true, plainly to see
Life needs to turn their tide
Should not the church help set them free
To join God's flock inside

Are you saved, is Jesus your Lord?
Will you, roll up your sleeves
Be now prepared to wield life's sword
Till the last with Jesus leaves.....
