This Winter Calling Poem by Gianni Pintus

This Winter Calling

Telll me more than what can you say,
Then heaven knows it's hard enough to pray.

Let me tell you something there's a change in me.
Even I know you're gone but you will be always with me.

Spring, summer, or winter ever fall,
I will do anything to not let you go.
I could love you as you dare,
If I wanted to, but I wonder, is it fair?

Now you're on your own when things go wrong,
But you are the only one to turn me on.
I never promised you a warm winter,
You never said to me to I'm what you want.

But snowing outside will keep us cold,
I will forgive you for what you hold.
Everytime I tried to talk to you,
I made myself such a fool.

I felt so small cos I didn't reach the winter cold,
And everytime I see you in my dreams,
I see the seasons are haunting me.

Was it something I said to make you turn away,
To make you walk out and leave without any says.
