while you are sleeping at night
i lay awake while you hold me tight
you is what im thinking of
as i look at the stars aabove
i wonder if your love for me is true
and all the reasons why if you do
i think what is it about me
that only you took the time to see
then you give alittle snore
i smile to myself, and think some more
i wonder why you tell me im the best
why you picked me out from the rest
i think of how you can have anyone you choose
but its my love your afriad to lose
i lay there with all this on my mind
untill sleep is what i finally find
