Timeless Poem by kara towe

Timeless

There is a solitary moment beneath each stone.
Water streams above collective generational tears.
Gentle melodic voices murmur.
Surrounded by a softly swaying cathedral of trees.
Leafy branches of bushes wave.
Bowing grasses glimmer silvery green.
Bouquets of miniature blue petaled flowers dapple the banks.
Bird song orchestrates.
Deep warming sun light shawls.
Dream like memories glide through my mind.
Emotions tightly pull and bine my heart.
Past imagines haunt my eyes.
Silent tears combine.
That which once was, now, a collection of memories.
Pieces of my soul settles under stone.
Timeless faces gleam.
I sit on the bank of passing time.
Water streams below of collective generational tears.
Gentle melodic voices murmur I am here.
