To Be Alone

I have a secret place
Where I like to be alone
To meditate in that space
On the people I have known
To be alone reminds me
Of the thoughts inside my head
Of the places yet to see
And the words that should be said
I like my secret place
The space that I call home
It takes me from the rat race
Into the woodlands I shall roam.
