From corrupt companies supporting genocide.
Many of your faculty members and students
Are in complete solidarity with Palestine.
Columbia University please allow
The raising of consciousness.Free speech should be
Sacrosanct. Yet your president kowtows
To corporate power and the military
Industrial Complex. If you are still a place
Of higher learning, and thought, you must recognise
The right to protest that which is beyond the pale.
I ask, as more and more people in Palestine die,
' Are we expected to suspend sound reason and
Then eliminate conscience? I don't understand! '
