To Infinity And Beyond

We bear a gift from the almighty

We bear within, an inimitable endowment

It glows and begs to be free

Like an eagle, eager to kick the nest

We owe our being to guard our thought

To be steered by steeled character

Our integrity will not arrive at nought

As boldly and earnestly we awaken a leader

We seek not to be, merely infinites

As daily we embrace a glorious ascent

But to gather, a little more valor than last night's

For a new climb, awaits at the summit

We bear a gift from the almighty

That need not meet an end

Share it day by day on the journey

Purpose to elevate it, to infinity and beyond

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
