i don't really know what you're going through
but regardless, i'm here for you
because i can see
that you'd do the same for me
i know you have lots of other friends
but i'll still be here even after the end
i know you think i'm hitting on you
but that's not true
i'm just trying to be a good friend
so i'm hanging in there through turns and bends
this is just my way
of trying to say
that everyone has bad days
and it's ok
you've listened to me with good ears
when others would disappear
so in return, i just want you to know that i'm here.
