I’ve traveled deep throughout my shattered existence
just to forget your persecution of my damned soul…

I’ve silenced the mysterious voices of your demonic ghost
which haunts the evil darkness of our distant past…

I’ve glimpsed into your luminous eyes,
and then looked away as not to be caught
within your mysterious and hypnotic allure…

I’ve peered into a mirror of distance,
merely to be deceived by the shear elusive images
of my shadow, which there, leers no more…

I’ve searched the eternity of fears from within,
only to find my own fear has been provoked
through your evocative powers from without…

I’ve kneeled at my self execution,
and prayed for redemption from these shackles
of pernicious reflections I have become…

I’ve entrusted nothing to the evolution of who I am,
only to become unaware of what I am not…

I’ve asked to forgive, forget, and deliverance me from here,
so here before you this darkened soul I stand,
what must I do to remove my demon within?
