And here you are once again
the most beautiful of all Ive ever known
in all points between dreams
upon rest and waking you are present
as though almost real, to touch
your hair, eyes, smile, kiss
I know it so well it betrays me
this passion, this love as it stands
exists in your name, the muse of it all
I am a captive to you my sweetest
to hold and to kiss you is a dream
to rest beside you a fantasy
to find a life with you a meaning
and to write of you a pleasure
