Today Is A Dark Day Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Today Is A Dark Day

Today is a dark day

Intended to take notes
-wanted to write poem
-heard woman speak in
-the UN's microphone:
- "Today is a sad day! "
-she was of USA
-comment on "Pyongyang"
-advancement of the North Korea

Felt anxious; laugh to loud
- "OK is what you do,
-…did, have done…
-but others are good if
-they indeed do abide
-with what demands the bully…"

Then I sighed; said: "Bull Shit"

Have no hate but of hate
-yet I hate murderers
-more it is if find them as shameless
-as I see USA's Government

Take a map, look around
-east to west, north to south
-USA holds a sword with blood

Shame, shame, shame
-uglier the claim
-of "Love and liberty"
-excuse for killing!

I recall the coup of
-Nineteen and Fifty-Three
-how can child forget it
-I must have had my pee
-out of me to my feet
-when saw mobs with sticks
-documents have revealed
-they were paid by U. S.
-shame, shame, shame

Same happened everywhere
-put finger in ants' nests
-go and check the bee-hives,
-Middle East to Andes, Africa

Suspected are the ones
-who speak and have tongue
-via pen and brush as artists
-or those in uniforms, politics

The names are so many
-that I need a life time to enlist
-all of them; on paper, screen

Their Navy and basis with planes
-are inside countries, at borders
-of the land and the seas and oceans
-greyhounds waiting for: "Attack Kill! "
-and we are good people only if
-nod our heads, bow, clap: "Bravo"

Daring to resist or criticize
-changes us to Satan and devil

Yes of course I agree
-devil is any tool for killing
-include bombs, rockets
-regardless of makers
-so, devil is act of Pyongyang
-but cause is more devil all around
-as devils USA, NSA, CIA, Pentagon

Imprisoned are people regardless
-of their race and colour, background
-only if opposing USA's decision

Hear me speaking; Hey Mister
-I do not fall for your blackmail
-therefore, I dare to shout
-not worried of the death, very loud,
-I have had my long life
-soon will go with your push or without
