Topsy Turvy Poem by Osvaldo Govea

Topsy Turvy

The fish fly in the sky,
As the birds swim in the sea.
This is my world,
It's what I see.
Don't judge it just yet.
My world is beautiful,
Here the dry deserts are always wet.
As the cat plays fetch,
And the dog plays with it's ball of yarn.
The lamb hunts through the jungle,
And the lion keeps the children company, causing no harm.
I jump in a soothing hot tub of razor blades,
To calm my senses down.
And the saddest person around,
Is the funniest clown.
It's brightest during the night,
And darkest during the day.
My world is Topsy Turvy,
What else can I say.
