Transfiguration Poem by Sharad Rajimwale

Transfiguration

She
unties her hair
and
the sky opens out
with broad smile.

Peeling lips,
bubbling river speeds on

plants and grass
wave greetings.

The moon
thinks
spring rushes on.

She dreams of a home

trees and hills
move from their places.

She thinks about the limitless
Benevolence

And transfigures into
a poet's utterance.
