Transition Poem by Jacinta Nevis D'souza

Transition

Rating: 5.0

A child to a mother is a big journey by the way,
As a mother she makes the sun shine on a cloudy day.

She knows what makes you smile and what makes you cry,
But when we grow up we always ask MoM WHY?

Her tender voice takes away your tears,
Your deepest pain, in minutes it cures.

A mother can make a flower bloom in spring,
Can make a butterfly, fly with a broken wing.

To be the best mother you always try,
But every night, the pillow is far from dry.

Now you know no matter what the fear,
Its her love and care that shielded like a spear.

Only a mother can be the one so dear
Any doubts look at your kiddo and make it clear.
