trick or treat makes happy lungs
once cigarette companies in a century past
claimed cigarettes were good for health
calmed nerves had multiple health benefits
hired shameless paid medical experts doctors
to promote a sham safe smoking lifestyle
but science cancer disproved these claims
once people smoked openly everywhere

with pipe smoke cigars cigarette smoke
openly in layers filling pubs restaurants
public buildings outside in wind drifting
away smoking was advertised sport lifestyle
glamour lifestyle promoted until smoking
tobacco was revealed threat cancerous toxic

then remarketed tobacco was revamped
hidden away the age of vapes vaping
dawned politicians loved backed this
new craze tax back slight of hand sales
money spinner vape flavours attractive
packaged flavoured to target a young
innocent peer pressure market villain
old tobacco 2000 plus toxic chemicals

was back trending in new image spotlight
back in stampede inhaled into new youth
new bodies but soon evidence mounted
those same old chemicals hidden in new
packages flavours were chocking killing
lungs again as crave new wave cancerous

new smart phone youth started addicted
to die young with vape corrupted lungs
as tobacco laid out an old game wasted
lungs aged skin stole fresh lives health
illnesses developing on countless vapes
inhaled retraced an older addict habit
pattern starting health failing tobacco
illness aging expiring dying proving

trick or treat makes happy lungs
no cigarettes no tobacco no vapes
makes happier healthier lungs
trick tobacco addict vaping kills
vaping was sexy trendy not healthy
treat was no vaping good life lungs

trick was shifty tobacco companies remarket
deadly cancerous products or bankrupt died
treat was trendy packages flavours targets
teens worked well till vape customers died
