True Love Poem by Victoria Gauci

From once a happy heart, to the pitfalls of pain,
In all desperate situations, clarity is gained,
A true heart knows what it really needs,
To stay away from moments that make it bleed,
In all of the trials and dark tribulations,
Joy can come again and cause celebrations,
Forgiveness is a gift to give to another,
A relative, a friend, and especially a lover,
Don't hesitate to give it, if the feelings are right,
True love is the fuel for our soul to take flight.
