I wish i could gather the clouds
and pen my letters on them
they'd drift across to you..
droppin word by word in rain.

I wish i could gather the blue sky
and use as ink to write
for what i have dries early
and i have so much to scribe

I wish i could turn back the clock
n meet you in your lonliness
so you could really see
the real me...beside you

I wish i could banish
all fear from your heart
that keeps you away from me
that locks your free spirit

I wish in all these words
i could find that 'one'
which would tell you how very much
i love you dear one...

I see no future
without u by my side
but i know u see a different
picture in your life..

Ah! that i were beautiful
enough to capture you
Ah! that i was wonderful
enough to satisfy you

Dear God! i wish i was
just what you wanted
but life is so so cruel
it takes before it gives

One day at a time...
do u know how long each one is?
when u stay away from me
its a lifetime in a minute

All said and done
i know i have not enough
to quench your thirst in life
to fill the void by your side

But Iove, dear love,
true love never questions
it gives..only gives
no matter how its treated
