True Love Never Dies Poem by mamutty CHOLA

True Love Never Dies

Rating: 5.0

Yes love is eternal, true love never dies
Remains ever youthful; soul being immortal.

Years have gone by since destiny did us part
Never for a moment I could forget you, my love.

The days down the years, many seasons came
But you never came, my wait still on.

While parting you took a promise I must keep my smile
Yes I do smile with abyss and vacuum within in my life.

I am still under the spell of your beauty, and grace
You were centre of my life.Couldn't take away a glance
From your hyponastic eyes reminding me of serene lake,

Time spent in each others arms away from the cruel
gaze of the world are the treasures of my life
Years ago while in college when we first met.
At your first smile, said my soul you are mine.

Now I have lost all hopes of ever meeting you in life.
I do not know where are you and how are you.?

I always wanted best for you. So wish all the happiness
On earth with your loved ones who are now your world.
Keep smiling as ever; my lost love.

Your memory is that invaluable gift
It's always better to have loved and lost
Then never to have loved at all.

Life without love is like a barren land
Vast and dissolute like an empty desert.
