I try so hard to be a better person, but you just keep making it harder for me
To just come out with what i need to say.
I try explaining to you who i am and who i want to be, and
You just dont agree.
Teenagers go through tough times, and you
Should know because you were one years ago.
Just because your older now, doesnt mean you can tell me
What to wear and what not to wear.
You cant tell me who not to be, because i grow up my way.
I make my one mistakes, and now i will try to be who
I want to be, wear what i want to wear, and grow up the way i want to grow up.
I'll try to become a better person than you are.
