Twenty Sixteen Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Twenty Sixteen

Rating: 5.0

H-ere comes the twenty sixteen,
A-s the past days disappear;
P-eople pray to Father for
P-rosperous and fine fresh
Y-ear.

N-ice plans fly in the wide sky,
E-ach expects a bright future;
W-ish upon a shining star, dreaming of a clear picture.

Y-esterday is just over,
E-vading another scene;
A-s the new dawn breaks with light,
R-ealize twenty sixteen.
