Two Faithful Hearts Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Two Faithful Hearts

A sweet rendezvous every evening
A trip on the river upstream,
Loveliest eyes ever beaming
Oh what a wonderful dream.

One glass of wine in the moonlight
Strawberries served with fresh cream
A partner who simply adores you
with love unbelievably supreme.

Hands reaching out for each other
A kiss ~ and the promise of spring
Two hearts together forever and ever
Oh what a wonderful dream.
