Torn up dreams,
Continuous screams,
Shattered hope,
Hurt that won't go,
Running tears,
Swallowing fears,
Shaking limbs,
Blood streaming again,
Loving blade,
Splattering stains,
Faithful knife,
Unfair life.

Stolen prayers,
Disdained stares,
Hidden pain,
Bloody rain,
Setting sun,
Nothing to be done,
Lost control,
Beaten soul,
Red lines,
Losing life,
Love dead,
Death her only friend.

She can't take anymore,
She can't pick herself off the floor,
No breath in her lungs,
Her life is done,
She can't feel the pain,
The ground is stained,
Her eyes forever closed,
Faded pain no one cared to know,
Her mind swirling no more with thoughts,
This was her only way to make it stop,
Bloody are her wrists,
The reason she floats in the abyss.
