Unseen Lies Poem by Sarah Pesta

All this time I knew the truth was hidden
So deep within your mind
Leaving me confused and alone

I will never know if the things you say are real
Or if you are trying to be honest
I may never understand what you are saying

The lies are so clear to me at times
While the other times they aren't there
Everything is becoming lies again

I want the truth to be let out instead
I know that will never happen in the future
Which is where lies will lead to bigger lies
