Up In The Clouds Poem by Richard Jarboe

Up In The Clouds

Herman used to look up at the clouds,
And see up above a White Whale.
Others look up at the clouds
And see a UFO on their trail.

Some look up and see the Virgin Mary,
Some see Armageddon on the rise,
Some see quite the contrary,
They see the dawn of Paradise.

Clouds just keep floating by,
Some look like Robert E. Lee.
The past mingling with the present,
In the clouds moving over me.
