So we rode the escalators
My grandson and I
Up to the floor above us
Then down the otherside
Then up the one beside us
Where we had just come from
Then down the other one again
When he would shout out G.G.G.G.Gone!

We never felt the need to stop
We both were having fun
Upsy downsy Escalators
Oh how he did run
And when we had to leave them
He never blinked an eye
Goodbye Upsy Downsy
