Each day you lived was a task
No ending just a sorrow to the last
You made a home for your family
With wife Nancy daughters Jane Arnna and son Grant so happily
But a monster intervened to destroy them
To take the Beaumont children and a parents peace did end
Your Nancy died and left you alone
To live your final years with no peace known
So finally you left this earth at 97 years
As this sad story ends in your final tears
What happened on that summers day on 26 January 66
Leaves us to wonder what happened about murderers tricks
Rest in Peace Jim Beaumont WW2 ANZAC soldier and father to the end.
