Up and down I traverse through the vale
This ladder of success serves greed and fear
Sliding from systematic democracy
Gaslighting the masses with rose tinted glasses

Hierarchical structures
The value differs
Based on money
Not goodness

Look for the good in every situation
Feel your way through this duration
Be. And breathe. And feel elation.
Take this time to learn or face sedation

Up and down I go through this veil of tears
Lift your veil by going within
Search your heart
Search your soul
And when you find God there you'll search no more
