Waiting for my hear to gather dust
Waiting for the hurt to die.
Waiting for a new start
You cut ties so we could both move on
Ties I still try to savour
Who will fill my heart again?
Will I fill it on my own?
You have removed yourself from my life
You removed a part of me

Waiting for my heart to feel joy.
Waiting to feel alive
Waiting for a new start
Bitter tears one day surely they must stop
Heartache will ease
Maybe one day I will learn to be ok
Tomorrow brings a new day
