Walk Away Or Follow The Light Poem by angel marie

Pretty little angel
thats sitting on a rock
I think you need to get down from there
I believe we need to talk.
I know you're always here for me
and to heal my pain too
but I had this friend you see
who didnt know what to do.
His days were almost over
and he didnt want to die
and the more I wanted to think about it
the more I wanted to cry.
He said that he had seen a light
almost each and everyday
but he didnt know if he should follow
the path that leads that way.
I said do what you think is right
follow the light or walk away.
He finally came to the conclusion
that he should follow the light
and that is what he had done right then
just disappeared in sight.
Now pretty little angel
please dont watch over me
I dont really need your help
others do you see.
I know that I will see you again
when my time comes to an end
and soon I wont know what to do
walk away or follow the light within.
