Walking Poem by Daniel Brown

Walking

Succeeding in failure
A failure to exceed,
Bridge the gap inside the hell
Of spaces left between

Thinking and the rationale
What's been said and seen,
Starving for an afterthought
Grasping like a fiend

Gripping on the rusted rails
Balanced on the beam,
Bearing down on my intentions
The essence of a dream
