WAR AND PEACE



A lion’s share of every budget
goes to defence purposes
of course, to ensure peace

what is the cost of a war then,
will be little, only, our existing
old stores will go empty

now, the globe has shrunk
being supervised by celestial policemen
commands are centered in an unknown blue room
warfare is over at the whisk of a joy stick.
