Was Moved By What I Saw Poem by Luo Zhihai

Was Moved By What I Saw

触景生情

声声杜宇离人恨
阵阵霜风菊酒香
攀顶始觉天下小
迷途方解古人茫

Was Moved By What I Saw

Sounds of cuckoos were
hate of the parting persons
Puffs of the frosty wind
the chrysanthemum wine was fragrant

Climbed to the mountain top
began to feel the world was small
Lost my way
just understood the ancients at a loss
