Wasted Poem by Ryan Waldron

Wasted

I'm use to wasting my time on girls
Just a moment of cheap thrills
The perfect date they never had
Could it really have been that bad?

Run away from what was real
I think you had a really sweet deal
So drunk tonight I may be
But if you read this you will see

No one can compare at all
or top that kiss under a waterfall
Sadly a place in my heart
Was held for you from the start

I won't send the first text or call
You are the one who decided not to fall
I never told you but its true
I had already fallen for you

So with this note I say goodnight
Obviously I'm not worth the fight.

This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read. But also one of the saddest. Your poems are amazing. I have been interested in them for a few years. I hate that you haven't wrote any new ones recently.
