The link between water and the growth of civilization could not have been described more suitably than you have done in this poem. It is a known fact that rivers have served as catalysts to the growth of civilization and culture in India and in other parts of the world. Water was so essential to life and everything attached to it. I would like to quote two lines from the poem: Water is crucial for development / Water the great source of livelihood.
