Wear You Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Wear You

I thumbed through the clothing rack
of your eyes.
So many bright colors, the limitless
possibilities.
I could see myself wearing everything
I came across.
It didn't matter what jeans I put on
Dress shoes, boots, or sneakers.
Not once did I look at the price tag,
I wanted it all.
I want to be associated with you.
I want to try you on & wear you
around.
Public display or behind closed doors
Whether it's taking you off or putting you on
I want to wear you
